We accept all major credit cards and ACH for larger payments to reduce bank fees. Book directly through our website and pay for your trip. Prefer ACH? Contact us at team@expeditionglobal.com for an invoice and banking instructions. Payments are due up to 90 days before departure.

Consider starting a GoFund me or other online fundraiser. Your trip fees are due 90 days prior to departure.

To reserve your spot, simply make a $300 deposit online. You'll receive a follow-up invoice for the remaining balance and due date. Payments can be made at your convenience.

The full balance for the trip is due 90 days before the departure date if not otherwise stated. Payment requirements will be emailed to you once you sign up with your welcome package.

**Transfers:** If you need to change your trip date, we've got you covered! You can transfer your trip dates by contacting us at team@expeditionglobal.com. The transfer fee is $150. **Cancellations:** You can cancel your trip by submitting a written notice. Here are the conditions: - Up to 90 days before departure: Full refund. - 89-60 days from departure: Refund minus the original deposit amount. - 60-31 days before departure: Forfeit 50% of the trip expense paid or the original deposit amount, whichever is higher. - 30 days before departure or no-show: Forfeit 100% of the trip expense. A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellation refund transactions.

Also, we always advise travelers to come prepared with transportable snacks they know they like- just in case you don’t want the local cuisine.

Absolutely! All are welcome. Kids Ages X and up are welcome to come and serve. When you sign up for a trip we will catalog the travelers in your group and tailor the trip to fit the skill levels and abilities for everyone.

Most kids make friends with kids their age in the village and have a great time!
