TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction: Signing/confirming E Global Belize’s Terms and Conditions or providing payment or taking part in services fashion the full and express consent of the client/participant (hereinafter: participant) to all conditions specified in the confirmation of the booking and its terms and conditions that represent the agreement between the participant and E Global Belize, LLC (hereinafter: EG Belize and/or the company). The participant shall make no claim as a result of failure to read and/or disagreement with the terms and conditions contained in the agreement prior to making the booking.

  2. EG Belize, LLC will arrange the participant's volunteer vacation and/or trip in accordance with the information provided in the booking confirmation, using trusted and reputable associate businesses and non-profit partners (hereafter: organizations). Please note that each booking is considered provisional until the company provides final approval.

  3. EG Belize, LLC is committed to organizing trips in a professional manner and providing all relevant information to the organizations involved to ensure that the trip aligns with the details outlined in the booking. While every effort will be made to prevent unexpected disruptions or malfunctions that are beyond our control, the company cannot be held responsible for such circumstances experienced by organizations. The proposed services are offered under the sole liability of the organizations, except in cases where the company knew or should have known about the malfunction or disturbance in advance. Nonetheless, the company will make every effort to assist participants with any questions, concerns, or irregularities related to the services.

  4. EG Belize, LLC relies solely on the information provided by different organizations in order to represent the proposed services accurately. Therefore, the company's liability for this information is limited to the fact that it originates from the aforementioned organizations and is conveyed to the participant in full. Please note that the company will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of using these services, and any associated costs will be incurred by the participant.

  5. If a participant makes a special request, EG Belize, LLC will communicate the request to the organizations involved. However, the company is not obligated to fulfill the request unless the participant receives written approval stating that the request will be fulfilled.

  6. If a special request made in a booking pertains to essential requirements necessary to accommodate a participant's special needs, EG Belize, LLC will inquire with the organizations involved to determine whether the request can be fulfilled. The company will notify the participant of its inquiry before final approval of the request is granted.

  7. EG Belize, LLC reserves the right to reject a booking request or cancel it or discontinue the participation of a participant if it interferes with the normal course of the program, without providing a reason for such a decision. In such an event, all expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.

  8. Upon registration for a program, the participant is obligated to inform EG Belize, LLC of any physical, mental, or other conditions that may limit or impede their participation in the trip. The company's consent to register the participant for the trip is based on the absence of such notice, indicating that the participant is not restricted in any way from taking part in the trip. Any expenses or malfunctions resulting from the participant's physical or mental condition will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

  9. The participant affirms and guarantees that he/she is aware that he/she is joining a volunteer program and therefore agrees to behave respectfully, patiently and tolerate towards all other participants. The participant will also comply with all the instructions given to him/her in the course of his/her interactions with other participants and with the general public.

  10. The participant agrees to be present at the scheduled hours and failing to do so may result in the forfeiture of their rights. In case the participant is unable to attend a scheduled activity due to circumstances beyond their control, they must notify EG Belize, LLC or the organizations immediately.

  11. Liability for Damages: The participant acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances such as disruptions in destinations with underdeveloped utilities or other force majeure events may affect the program. The participant assumes all risks and liability for damages resulting from accidents, injuries, illnesses, hospitalization, medical expenses, damage to luggage, failure to perform certain actions or any other direct or indirect damages that may arise during the program. The Company shall not be held responsible for any such damages. 

  12. The Company does not provide refunds for any reason resulting in the discontinuation of the trip. The participant acknowledges and agrees that they will not make any claims, monetary or otherwise, against the Company, its employees, agents, representatives, or anyone acting on its behalf, in connection with or arising out of the services provided. The terms and conditions outlined herein are binding and no one, including any representative of the Company, is authorized to act in a manner that deviates from the terms stipulated herein.

  13. The Company and/or its representatives shall not be held responsible for any financial or other losses resulting from changes, cancellations, or delays, and any such expenses or losses shall be the sole responsibility of the participant. Additionally, some programs may involve areas or activities that pose a potential danger. If a participant fails to comply with the instructions provided by the site management, they do so at their own risk and shall be solely responsible for any resulting consequences or damages.

  14. The programs welcome participants from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

  15. The accommodation provided during the programs may vary, with some programs offering hotels of different conditions while others provide alternative forms of accommodation. The type of accommodation provided may differ among participants. Moreover, while some programs offer prepared meals for participants, others require participants to prepare their own meals or provide for some meals at their own expense.

  16. Passport, Visa, and Documentation Requirements: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they possess a valid passport with at least six months validity from the end date of the program and departure and to obtain any necessary visas or other required documents for the countries they will be visiting. The participant is also responsible for paying all fees, charges, and handling costs associated with obtaining or extending their passport and obtaining entry visas. Failure to obtain the required visas or documentation will result in the participant assuming full liability for any consequences. Participants are also required to disclose any additional passports they may hold.

  17. Pricing and Payment: The participant will be provided with a price quote for their booking after payment has been made or upon receipt of travel materials related to their booking. Prices are determined based on rates for services, charges, taxes, fees, and foreign currency exchange rates prevailing in the United States and abroad at the time of booking confirmation. The price for services is fixed as of the registration date. If there are any changes to the price of services for which final approval has not yet been obtained, the participant may cancel their booking without incurring any penalty.

  18. If payment is not transferred by the designated due date, (45 days from the start of the trip) the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking at its sole discretion. In such a case, refunds will be issued according to the applicable cancellation policy.

  19. Upon completion of the booking process, it is the responsibility of the participant to obtain and maintain a comprehensive travel health insurance policy including Proof of medical evacuation insurance minimum of $25,000 and provide policy information to the Company.   20. The participant must inform the Company of any physical or mental limitations that may hinder their participation in the program. If the participant is pregnant, they must provide medical confirmation in English, including approval to fly, and the airline company has the discretion to allow them to fly. Additionally, the participant is responsible for obtaining the necessary vaccinations for each country and bringing their medications according to their needs, and verifying the legality of each medication in the destination country.

  21. The Company shall not be held liable for any natural phenomena (such as floods, fog, or clouds) or any other circumstances beyond its control that may result in changes or cancellations. Furthermore, the Company will be exempt from any liability towards the participant in the event of cancellations or changes resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, weather conditions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, pandemics, volcanic eruptions, disease outbreaks, theft, arrests, technical failures, or any other similar event caused by a force majeure.

  22. Payment Terms: To secure their spot, the participant must pay the deposit amount specified on the website and agree to EG Belize Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance is due either 60 days before departure or on the deadline stated in the confirmation email, whichever comes first.   23. If the participant cancels their reservation, any payment will be refunded in the same manner as it was initially received, following the cancellation policy described below. Transaction fees will be excluded from the refund.

  24. Cancellation: The participant has the option to cancel their order by submitting a written notice according to the conditions listed below: If the cancellation is made up to 90 days before departure, the participant will receive a full refund. 89-60 days from departure, participants will receive a refund minus the original deposit amount for the trip. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before departure, the participant will forfeit 50% of the trip expense paid or the original deposit amount, whichever is higher. If the cancellation is made 30 days before departure or if the participant fails to show up, the participant will forfeit 100% of the trip expense. A 5% processing fee will be applied to all cancellation refund transactions.

  25. Participants are permitted to make changes to their order by submitting a written request, subject to the following conditions:
    A handling fee of US $100 applies for changes to the program up until 60 days before the start date. After this point, changes to the program can only be made for an additional deposit fee, subject to the suitability of the participant for the new program.
    A handling fee of US $50 applies for changes to the start date up to 61 days before the program start date. After this point, changes to the start date can only be made for an additional deposit fee, subject to the availability of the new program date.
    The booking is subject to approval by the service providers, and the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund any payments at any stage.

  26. The Company shall not be held responsible for any payments made for unused services by the participant if such non-usage of services is not attributed to the Company. The Company reserves the right to impose higher cancellation fees for specific services.

  27. If a significant change in the program is made and the participant receives notice prior to departure, they may cancel their order within 72 hours of receiving the notice. The cancellation will be considered effective upon receipt of the written notice at the Company's offices. The Company reserves the right to cancel any program for reasons beyond its control, and in such cases, may offer the participant the option to participate in an alternative adventure or receive a refund for amounts paid.

  28. By entering into this agreement, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Maricopa County Arizona for the purpose of resolving any disputes or claims that may arise under this agreement, regardless of where the order was signed or where the participant resides. The governing law for any disputes, differences of opinion, conflicts, claims, or demands arising from this agreement shall be exclusively United Stated Law.

  29. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am responsible for paying EG Belize, LLC for the services ordered in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this confirmation of order and those provided to me through the Company's internet website: our website link The terms and Conditions section needs to be on our website

  30. I have read and fully understood all conditions and limitations specified in the terms and conditions, and hereby confirm my approval of them.
